September 10, 2009 C-SPAN’s “Civics Bus” to Visit University of Pennsylvania WHO: C-SPAN “Civics Bus” and mobile TV studio WHEN: Sept. 15, 2009 10 a.m.-noon WHERE: 36th Street, near Walnut Street The “Civics Bus” will be on Penn’s campus to engage students in discussions about civics, politics and the media. Since 1993, the 45-foot long bus has been traveling across the nation visiting high schools, universities, political campaign events and festivals.
